Salon Policies



Appointments

Here at Distinctive Nails we take appointments first and do our very best to be on time for each appointment. We also try to accommodate walk-ins, if we have technicians available that can perform the desired service. Making an appointment is the best way to be sure you will get the services you want. We take our last appointment or walk in between 6:15 and 6:30 PM to allow the shop to close on time. We may refuse to do a service that will result in the salon closing late.



Tardiness

Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you are more then 10 minutes late, we may have to move on to the next client in order to stay on schedule with other appointments and give the best service possible.



Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any service but if you are unhappy please reach out to management so we can help rectify the problem.



Repairs

We offer complimentary fixes within 4 days of service. Nail services that include enhancements or gel polish are guaranteed for 4 days after your appointment. If you notice light chips or lifting within the first 4 days please call to schedule a free repair. Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed. Please bring your receipt to show proof of services.



Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.



Medical Conditions

Please let us know of any medical conditions you may have so that your nail technician is aware and can give you the best possible service.

Prices are subject to change without notice.



We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
